A vacant St. Pete Beach property will finally get new life.
An updated plan for a mixed-use development was approved by the City Commission Oct. 28. The Corey Landing project, which will have 133 condominium units, will also feature 11,000 square feet of commercial (retail and restaurant) space and a public park.
