Irondequoit, N.Y. (WHAM) — A felony complaint obtained by 13WHAM details what led to a second arrest in the investigation into a homicide at a business last month.
Charles Wilson Jr., 30, of Rochester was fatally stabbed by Nuri Simmons, 48, of Rochester during a fight inside Lush Resto Lounge on East Ridge Road early Oct. 4, according to Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters. Simmons was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with second-degree murder.
The lounge’s owner, Gabrielle Green, 42, of Rochester, who is a relative of Simmons, was arrested Wednesday and charged with tampering with physical evidence, police said. Her business was also shut down…
