The Darling Oyster Bar Savannah Is Now Open

SAVANNAH, Ga. — The Darling Oyster Bar today announced the opening of its highly anticipated sister location in Savannah, Georgia. Located at 27 Montgomery Street in Savannah’s Historic District, the restaurant occupies a restored 130-year-old building and features distinct dining rooms, a bar, two raw bars, and an events space upstairs.

“Opening in Savannah has been an exciting journey that felt like a perfect fit from the start,” said co-owner Robert “Bobby” Young. “We’ve developed something truly special in Charleston, and we can’t wait to bring those flavors and experiences to the Savannah community.”

The Savannah location debuts with daily dinner service beginning at 4 p.m., featuring signature dishes like Seared Diver Scallops, Shrimp & Grits, and Creole Shrimp — longtime favorites at The Darling’s flagship restaurant in Charleston.
