Toledo Police Department aiming to crack down on after-hours clubs after violent weekend

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Toledo Police Department is aiming to crack down on after-hours clubs after there were shootings at two over Halloween weekend.

“We consider an after-hours location to be anything that is working outside the normal bar hours. I would say after that 2 a.m. or that last call period. Then you are working outside the law,” Lieutenant Adam Fish said.

The lieutenant said it is difficult to spot these after-hours clubs due to how sporadic they can be, and due to them often taking place during a busy time for officers…
