A 20-year-old Scotland Neck man faces numerous driving infractions after he was clocked at 96 mph in a 55 mph zone at Highway 186 and Cornwallis on Friday morning, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Documents filed in the eCourts system also show that Joscar Solis has a pending court date in New Hanover County for a charge of assault by strangulation filed by the Wilmington Police Department in June.
