(WFRV) – Crates of fresh pressed apple cider arrived at Stillmank Brewing Company from Seaquist Orchards in Door County.
The owner of the brewery has a personal passion for hard cider, and has been experimenting with different varieties. Brad Stillmank says you can taste the farm fresh ingredients in the finished cider.
He invited Midwest Farm’s Millaine Wells to the brewery and tap room in Green Bay to see how the process works…
