Soup & Support: Green Bay recovery home hosting annual soup fundraiser for women and children

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A local recovery home is turning comfort food into community support. Amanda’s House operated by the Mandolin Foundation, will host its annual Soup, Bread & Dessert Fundraiser on Sunday, November 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 825 N. Webster Avenue in Green Bay.

The carry-out only event offers two cups of homemade soup, bread, crackers, and dessert for $12 per order. Soup choices include Regular, Chili, Venison Chili, Sweet Potato Chili (vegan/gluten free), and Chicken Noodle.

All proceeds benefit Amanda’s House, which provides a safe and supportive environment for women and children recovering from substance use, trauma, and mental health challenges…
