ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis family is grieving the loss of another child to gun violence, just months after their first son was killed in the same shooting.
Johnisha Hillard and Richard Neal say their son Richard Neal III, 11, died last week from complications five months after being shot while riding in a car with his family near Bircher and Union in north St. Louis.
