SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian on Greenwood Road.
Demarcus L. Brown, 33, was arrested on charges of felony hit and run and obstruction of justice in connection to the Oct. 20 crash.
Police responded to the 3300 block of Greenwood Road at approximately 9:17 p.m. Oct. 20 after reports of a major hit-and-run crash. Officers found Dwayne Kinchen lying unresponsive in the roadway.
