BOISE, Idaho — No doubt, many people saw kids and adults dressed in costumes over the weekend for Halloween. However, a Boise teenager wears her costume year-round.
Each day after school, 13-year-old Keisha Curtis said she loves to put on her big, yellow, inflatable Pikachu costume.
