This was going to be the Halloween for the towering Pumpkin King Jack Skellington to reemerge refreshed after a long absence to take center stage along Route 100 in Lowhill Township.
Jack’s size requires a massive combined effort on the part of Phil Rossetto and Greg Snider to both display and tether the character to withstand their hilltop winds and weather.
Sadly, our creative team found they were a bit “under the weather” as Halloween approached and reluctantly kept their favorite Halloween character under wraps until 2026…
