Law enforcement received a call in the late afternoon hours of November 2nd after reports of an assault on the corner of 21st and Walnut Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller – a female – stated that a male was being “beat up” near the alley as she was on the phone with them. She then told police that the male was trying to break into her home (i.e.: he was only attacked after getting caught breaking into her house).
The caller requested police so she could make a report. Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male who attempted to break into her home was arrested…
