NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Following multiple 911 calls, an 18-year-old North Charleston man was arrested while in possession of an allegedly stolen firearm, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
At approximately 9:46 p.m. on Friday, in the area of Gary Drive and Olympia Avenue, officers observed a vehicle backed into a driveway with the engine running and spent shell casings on the ground. As North Charleston officers approached the car, they saw two men attempting to conceal themselves inside, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Officers got the men to exit the car and in the front passenger door was an AR-15-style rifle and a handgun, according to officers at the scene…
