A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at Miller Mill Road sent two people to the hospital with severe injuries on October 29th.
Hopkinsville Police say at 4:05 pm, a van driven by Shaun Shaw was northbound on Fort Campbell Boulevard when it collided with a car driven by Carl Worthey that was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from Miller Mill Road.
Worthey and his passenger were unresponsive and had to be cut from the vehicle before being taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health, and his passenger to Tennova Healthcare…
