CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland woman guilty of fatally shooting a man in 2023, will be sentenced in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday.
In September, Manija Downey was found guilty of two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault.
Cleveland police said Downey, 30, shot and killed Cynquan Leggett, 27, on May 1, 2023.
