Developer pulls plans for Happy Hill development

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem City Council was supposed to vote on whether to approve selling a plot of land, about nine acres, to a developer to build low-income housing, but FOX8 learned Monday that the developer pulled the plans.

This comes as the community continues to push back on the plans.
