Gas price take a slight dip nation wide

The national average for a gallon of regular gas dropped a couple of cents to $3.03 this week.

In Alabama, the state average fell to $2.65, which is 38-cents below the national average and 13-cents lower than last year’s state average.

Monday, GasBuddy.com reported prices in Troy were above the state average, ranging from a low of $2.67 to a high of $2.85. Prices in surrounding towns were: Ozark, $2.38 to $2.59; Luverne reported in at $2.89; Union Springs reported in at $2.79; Dothan ranged from $2.39 to $2.48; Montgomery ranged from $2.34 to $2.43…
