CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — Conway’s annual “City of Halloween” celebration has concluded with record-breaking success, according to City Manager Adam Emrick.
Emrick reported to the city council that over 450,000 visitors flocked to Conway in October, surpassing expectations and marking a nearly 50% increase from last year’s 300,000 visitors.
