SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has announced the shutdown of Bold North Frenchies L.L.C., a dog breeder accused of selling sick dogs and violating state disclosure laws.
The settlement, filed in Hennepin County, requires Bold North Frenchies to dissolve, and its owners, Ali and Mark Holman, to stop selling animals in Minnesota. This action follows an investigation by the Attorney General’s Office after numerous consumer complaints.
