Teen gets $10M bond after terroristic threats made against Halloween attraction in Sarpy County

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A teen has been charged with terroristic threats after making a post on social media threatening to “shoot up” a Sarpy County haunted house attraction.

18-year-old Marshall Fry was charged with terroristic threats, and had his bond set at $10 million when he made his first court appearance on October 24.

Fry’s preliminary hearing is set for November 17.

A Sarpy County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched on October 6 to Scary Acres after a comment was made on the attraction’s Instagram account saying “Finna shoot you guys up.”…
