Nicholas Rossi sentenced to second prison term of 5 years to life for Utah County rape

A man convicted of raping women in both Salt Lake and Utah counties in 2008 before faking his death, fleeing the country and assuming a new identity was sentenced Tuesday to a term of five years to life in prison.

A judge ordered that his sentence be served consecutive to an identical sentence he was given for a separate rape.
