A tragic turn of events struck a Phoenix neighborhood when a shooting resulted in one fatality and left another individual battling for their life. The incident unfolded near 91st Avenue and Indian School Road as daylight was waning towards evening, according to reports by ABC15.
It was around 5 p.m. on Friday when the violence erupted, leaving two adults with gunshot wounds​ and thrusting the quiet area into the clamor of sirens and flashing lights. Both victims were rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, where one, Shondra Lynn Pregler, succumbed to her wounds as reported by ABC15.
Further details revealed by FOX10 Phoenix indicate that police were called to the scene near 91st Avenue and Indianola Avenue at approximately 5:12 p.m. In a house, a man and a 50-year-old woman, identified as Shonda Pregler, were found in critical condition. While Pregler unfortunately did not survive, the 55-year-old man was subjected to emergency surgery and remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries…
