PORTLAND, Ore. — A 13-year-old boy who was hit by a car while wearing a Halloween costume in Southeast Portland has been released from the hospital, police confirmed Sunday.
The teenager was struck Friday evening at Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard and Southeast 22nd Avenue, according to the Portland Police Bureau. His family was with him and accompanied him to the hospital, police said.
