CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Bags, a contractor at Charlotte Douglas International, laid off more than 50 employees at the airport, state officials announced this week.
The job losses are tied to Bags’ contract ending with an airline, city documents show. The company operates in more than 250 cities across the country, and offers concierge, valet services and checked bags for hotels and other travel-oriented businesses.
