A Grand Rapids nonprofit is developing housing for the first time in its 23-year history with 14 single-family homes on vacant south side parcels, including four land bank lots.
Seeds of Promise is under contract to acquire 13 parcels from three different entities for an approximately $3.8 million scattered site housing project that would add 14 for-sale affordable manufactured homes, primarily on the city’s southeast side.
