Every city has something that stands out to its residents. New York has the Statue of Liberty, San Francisco has the Golden Gate Bridge, Seattle has the Space Needle, and Chicago has…the Bean. Not all landmarks are created equal.
But Grand Rapids is a rapidly (no pun intended) growing city, and as such has both preserved from the past and built to much fanfare. There are numerous major landmarks around the city, but there are also many smaller, more niche landmarks that stand out to people.
