SEYMOUR, Tenn. (WATE) — The beer permit for a Seymour gas station has been restored after they were cited by the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office.
The law firm, representing Jimmy’s Market #12 (formerly Floyd’s Market), announced that a judge ordered the reinstatement of the beer permit, allowing the station to resume the sale of alcoholic beverages.

In March, the station received a notice from the Sevier County Beer Board that its beer permit was revoked. According to the sheriff’s office, the business was cited in November for an underage sale. The law firm explained that they had appealed the permit’s suspension/revocation.
