Dashcam video released by Los Angeles police Monday shows a deadly crash involving a Los Angeles police cruiser and a skateboarder in Highland Park.
Gerardo “Jerry” Estrada, a 30-year-old graduate of Santa Monica College, was going home after leaving work when he was struck and killed.
