Chester Township Council members held a ribbon-cutting for the groundbreaking of Ryan Homes, a development of 75 homes, to be built behind the Toby Farm’s Middle School, which is located on Bridgewater Road. The project has been a long time coming, and the neighbors are excited.
Ryan Homes, a development comprising 75 homes of duplexes and townhouses, is targeted at young professionals. The homes listed in the 385,000 to 400,000 square foot range provide adequate living space for a family starting out. These are the latest homes to be built in the development in over sixty years.
Richard B. Knox, Vice Chairman of Chester Township Council, remarked, “We’re extremely excited about breaking ground for the new affordable homes in our community. As a Council, we’re always working hard to ensure continued economic growth in our Township. This is further proof that amazing things are happening in Chester Township.”…
