(Stuart) On Monday, officers from the Stuart Police Department arrested 50-year-old Robert Dean Dillinger, of Des Moines, on active arrest warrants related to a stalking investigation involving a Stuart resident.
Stuart Police officers located Dillinger at the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility and took him into custody without incident. The arrest followed an investigation by Stuart Police into allegations that Dillinger had been attempting to contact a protected party in violation of a court-issued no-contact order.
