GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPS) is asking parents and guardians to take part in its Family Engagement Survey, open November 3 through 14.
A press release from the school district says the survey is part of the district’s strategic plan to strengthen partnerships between families and schools. It was co-created with Panorama Education, a national organization that helps schools improve through research-based tools.
A team of school staff, family representatives, and community members helped design the survey, to focus on four main areas: barriers to engagement, roles and responsibilities, school climate, and family well-being.
