Baltimore police have arrested 20-year-old Nasaiah Bryan in connection with the fatal shooting of Oshay Khalil Smith, 31. The incident happened on October 1, 2025, in the 2500 block of Maisel Court. Officers found Smith with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
On October 31, 2025, Bryan turned himself in at Baltimore Police Headquarters. He was charged with first-degree murder and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility.
