Summer Rodgers, founder of Summer Doodles, has opened her first storefront at The Shoppes at Tapp’s on Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. Rodgers began her business in high school to support mission work. Her brand has become popular, especially among college students, due to her colorful designs.
Previously, Rodgers sold her artwork at Columbia’s Soda City market each Saturday. This required her to set up and take down her booth every week. The new storefront gives her a permanent place to display her art.
