KNOXVILLE, Tenn — It’s a new chapter for legendary country music artist Kenny Chesney.
“When he (Kenny) commits to something, he really commits,” said Holly Gleason.
Knoxville native Kenny Chesney has dedicated his time to so many things in life, from clubs and sports at Gibbs High School. In his time as an entertainer, he opens up about it all in his first-ever book, “Heart Life Music.”
“They’re going to get snapshots of my soul, honestly, and the way I grew up in East Tennessee, we had certain things to lean on,” Chesney said. “We had school, we had church, we had sports, and each other. And that’s a lot of the first part of this book, and I wouldn’t trade how I grew up with anyone in the world.”
