Woman indicted in Lexington shooting death

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The woman accused of killing a man in August has been indicted.

According to court documents, a grand jury indicted 30-year-old Keaira Pennie on Oct. 21 in the shooting death of a 42-year-old.

On Aug. 11, Lexington police arrived at the 1700 block of Bryan Station Road and found a man critically injured. He was rushed to an area hospital to be treated.
