Residential development picked up steam again in Escambia County after the Development Review Committee approved several big projects in October.
DRC officials approved four subdivision projects throughout October that wii add 100 new residences to Escambia County. The county is getting 60 new homes and 40 new residential units, including luxury housing on Barrancas Avenue.
