ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is asking for public feedback on a study alternative that would potentially improve Route 419 (Electric Ave.) between Starkey Rd. and Springwood Park Dr.
VDOT explained the study would review ways the road can renovated to bring improvement on traffic flow, pedestrian safety, vehicle safety, bike safety and reduction of traffic congestion. The study would also consider “a range of improvements that may be developed into applications for transportation funding.”
VDOT is inviting residents who use the road to participate in a survey. The survey will be up until Monday, November 24…
