ESPN College GameDay is coming to Lubbock, and the whole town is buzzing with excitement. The legendary crew will be broadcasting live from the Texas Tech vs. BYU game this Saturday, bringing national attention — and plenty of chaos — to Raiderland.

Prairie Dog Town

Bryant’s Steakhouse
It’s tempting to get a shot of that giant plastic cow, but that’s a little too close to the “cattle culture” claimed by other teams around Texas. Let’s not confuse anyone.
✈️ LIA (Lubbock International Airport)
Filming at the airport just gives off the wrong impression — like you can’t wait to get out of town. It’s a little too “on the nose,” even for ESPN…
