Arkansas families turn to food banks as government shutdown drags on

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — At Helping Hand of Little Rock, no one leaves empty-handed.

Before 9:00 a.m., volunteers are already packing bags and preparing to serve the long lines of families waiting for food on Tuesday.
