New Orleans police have arrested a man on a count of second-degree murder in connection with an Uber driver’s fatal carjacking in the French Quarter last month.
Brandon T. Joseph was re-booked on suspicion of murder after the New Orleans Police Department located him in jail, NOPD officials said. Joseph, 21, had been booked into Orleans Justice Center on Oct. 15 and held on a count of aggravated second-degree battery, jail records show.
