GRAYSON COUNTY, Texas (KXII) – A driver was arrested after leading police on a chase through multiple Texas counties Tuesday morning.
Erik Zainos was booked into the Collin County Jail on Wednesday facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture and/or delivery of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
According to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office the chase began late Tuesday night when one of their deputies attempted to pull over Zainos who they say was involved in a previous police pursuit in Cooke and Denton County.
