Businesses in downtown Shreveport are watching closely to see how the city is going to respond to fights and lawlessness- real and perceived.
Several business owners were in the audience at Government Plaza Tuesday for a special call council meeting. The council meeting featured comments by councilmembers, the mayor, members of the public and the police chief, but little new in terms of dealing with the fighting featured in the city’s most recent social media gone viral.
