SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls woman is behind bars, accused of firing a gun outside a Tea business and grazing at least two people.
Tone turns edgy at medical marijuana final meeting
19-year-old Mattison Hitzeman is charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Reckless discharge of a firearm. The shooting happened early Sunday morning at the Casey’s Truck Stop in Tea.
Court Documents say cell phone video of the incident shows the victim and Hitzeman fighting before the shooting. There were no serious injuries.
