Baltimore Police Arrest Man Armed with Stolen Gun after Road Rage Shooting

Baltimore, MD – Baltimore police arrested 20-year-old Jayden Morrison after a road rage incident escalated into a car crash and gunfire in the Washington Hill neighborhood late on October 29. Authorities say Morrison was armed with a stolen Glock 19 9-millimeter handgun and fired shots during the altercation.

Officials reported that a 911 call came in just before midnight, describing gunfire after a collision near the intersection of North Caroline Street and East Pratt Street. Responding officers immediately began searching for a suspect fitting the description provided: a male with a beard wearing a black jacket.

Crash Details and Road Rage Escalation

Investigators revealed that the incident began when Morrison’s 2011 Infiniti collided with a 2013 Nissan Altima while attempting a turn on Lombard Street, striking the driver’s side and then hitting a utility pole.

The Nissan driver told police that Morrison had threatened to kill him, prompting the driver to leave the scene temporarily before returning to record Morrison’s license plate number.
