50 Cent couldn’t resist commenting on Zohran Mamdani after the Democratic nominee was elected as the new Mayor of New York City. On Tuesday, November 4, Mamdani claimed victory after New Yorkers voted for him to become the new Mayor over candidates like former Governor Andrew Cuomo and current Mayor Eric Adams. After the results were confirmed, Mamdani walked out on stage at Brooklyn’s Paramount Theatre to the tune of Ja Rule’s 2004 hit “New York” and gave his acceptance speech. Mamdani’s victorious entrance caught the attention of 50 Cent, who clearly did not vote for the Democratic Socialist.
