Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station were called to address a trespassing incident at The Home Depot along Foothill Boulevard on Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, they encountered Cesar Augusto Ramirez Villeda, a 50-year-old male from Fontana, reportedly loitering in the parking lot. He was recognized as someone who had previously been arrested for trespassing at this same location, as per a statement given by representatives of the property to the deputies.
While dealing with the situation, the deputies also had to manage Fanelly Jhovana Millan, a 42-year-old female from Ontario, who decided to insert herself into the ongoing investigation. Property management claimed she, too, was loitering and was previously directed to leave the premises. A citizen’s arrest form was signed to initiate the prosecution for both individuals who were allegedly violating the no-trespassing agreement in place at the property.
According to the official report, both Ramirez Villeda and Millan now face charges for PC602-Trespassing and have been booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
