COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) – The water is flowing again at the iconic fountain in Columbia’s Finlay Park ahead of the park’s re-opening later this month.
After years of planning and construction, the park is set to open again on November 15 after a more than $24 million revitalization effort.
