ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An Upstate man has been charged with sexually abusing a girl and using a hidden camera to film her.
According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, Justin Lee Lucio, 36, has been charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor following a months-long investigation.
The sheriff’s office said a girl reported to her school that Lucio had sexually abused her. After speaking with detectives, the girl’s mother brought up an incident which had previously been reported to law enforcement in which Lucio had allegedly placed a hidden camera in another child’s bedroom…
