Police charge man with allegedly strangling, assaulting a South Lebanon Township mother

A 20-year-old man has been charged with allegedly inflicting substantial injuries during a physical assault of a mother as she was holding her 1-month-old baby, according to the South Lebanon Township Police Department.

At 8:11 a.m. Nov. 1, police were dispatched to Moravian Street for a call about a physical domestic disturbance. Dispatchers told police that the victim had been struck by her boyfriend, with the caller saying the victim was bleeding.
