On the morning of November 5, 2025, a traffic accident resulting in one death occurred at 2251 Marietta Blvd NW. Police arrived at the scene at about 7:13 a.m. and found a cement truck overturned in an embankment. Emergency crews removed the male driver. He was taken to Grady Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police said the truck was heading northbound when it left the road, hit an electric pole, crossed the divider, and overturned. The Atlanta Police Department’s Accident Investigations Unit is reviewing the crash. The case is still open as authorities collect more information…
